何謂「鬼崇肉」?
多指雙手上臂舉起時下垂的贅肉,腰間的「call 機肉」和大腿內側的脂肪。
形成原因:因長時間坐於冷氣的辦公室內,影響身體循環代謝,加上這三個部位均缺乏運動,令肌肉量減少,脂肪積聚。

</tbody></table>第二招:8 分鐘瘦手臂運動1) 利用水瓶作輕量啞鈴,將兩手抬至肩膀高度,往後拉再舉起,往後拉,接著返回原位。
2) 雙手舉啞鈴作環抱姿勢,單手向外劃如游泳姿勢,再返回原位,接著換另一隻手。
3) 上身向下傾作鞠躬,將雙手向上提作飛翔姿勢。
4) 將兩手抬至肩膀高度,向上舉高,回到肩膀高度,舉至胸前。
