不能錯的護膚重點！改善夏日肌膚瑕疵

明明秋冬時膚質稱上得引以為傲，但炎夏一到，馬上把數月來的護膚心機都摧毀了：不但毛孔粗大，粗糙暗啞，更因高溫和陽光而變得泛紅又一臉油光。原來有些護膚習慣一直在慢性破壞膚質，到底哪一步做錯了？馬上為大家解碼！

Don'ts

1. 用冷水洗面天氣這麼熱，用冷水洗面都有問題？對，水溫太高會毛孔過分擴張，洗掉保護肌膚的皮脂之餘又令水份流失，外油內乾；水溫太低又會導致手孔緊閉而無法徹底清潔油脂污垢，令化妝品殘留於毛孔內，造成閉塞。

2. 一日洗面多過 2 次過度清潔會同樣會令肌膚皮脂流失，肌膚缺乏皮脂保護自然分泌更多油脂來滋潤，造成過份出油，同時令毛孔變得粗大。一日潔面 2 次為上限，若沒有化妝的話可以在中午出油後以清水洗面，再補搽防曬即可。

3. 過份磨砂覺得肌膚粗糙有可能是因為老舊死皮堆積所致，不過日日磨砂會令肌膚表面的角質細胞受刺激因而增生更多角蛋白，造成「角化」問題，直接令肌膚變得更粗更厚。

Do！

可轉用性質較溫和的 peeling gel，一星期進行不多於 3 次去角質，或每日使用含水楊酸的爽膚水，配合化妝棉以擦拭的方式為肌膚去除角質，幫助令護膚品更吸收。

4. 狂控油不保濕絕對是致命的錯誤！肌膚出油是因為過份控油而抽乾肌膚水份，導致底層不夠水份。加上外在因素如：室內外溫差太大、空調抽空肌膚水份、長時間化妝令肌膚透氣度不足等都是令肌膚水油失衝而瘋狂出油的原因。

Do！

要改善出油首先要做好保濕，使用不含油分的水質面霜／乳液可令肌膚底層飲飽水，角質層有足夠水份的話亦會變得平滑細緻，毛孔亦更見飽滿。
