入秋必讀潔面守則

 轉季時肌膚乾燥缺水,除了護膚產品不夠滋潤,有沒有想過錯誤的洗面習慣可能是令肌膚變差的兇手?今日開始不妨留意自己的潔面習慣,減少肌膚水分流失的機會。

秋冬時節肌膚的油脂分泌會跟住減少,切勿過分潔面加劇油脂流失,早晚各一次已經很足夠。

2. 注意水溫
無論太冷或太熱的水溫都會刺激肌膚,以接近體溫的水溫去洗臉就最適合。

根據自己的膚質轉換潔面產品,如潔面泡沫會令皮膚覺得繃緊,便應轉換較溫和的洗面奶。卸妝方面就不妨選擇含保濕成分的產品。
