大家久等的清爽涼快的秋天即將來臨，但乾燥冷空氣與天氣轉變卻是我們的肌膚大敵。想在轉季時減低敏感機會，可在日常護膚程序中作出5式小改變，簡單方便即可保護肌膚。

1. 減少磨砂潔面
磨砂潔面後的肌膚會變得乾燥及較敏感，冷空氣或乾燥天氣會更刺激肌膚，所以應減少磨砂潔面的次數，降低致敏機會。同時亦建議使用較溫和的去角質產品。
2. 轉用滋潤保濕霜
要保持肌膚水份及滋潤度是秋冬的護膚重點，可轉用較厚身的保濕霜，提升鎖水及保濕效果。
3. 透明質酸產品
使用蘊含透明質酸的產品，可提升肌膚水潤度及鎖水功能。油性肌膚的朋友，可選用較清爽的gel狀透明質酸精華。
4. 10分鐘淋浴時間
建議淋浴時間不應超過10分鐘，而浸浴時間則不應超過20分鐘，因為過長的洗澡時間會令肌膚流失水份，而變得乾燥。
5. 3分鐘保濕法
要避免肌膚在潔面後出現缺水、脫皮或敏感情況，應在潔面後3分鐘內就塗上保濕產品，以保護肌膚。
