夏天一到，成塊面又油又多粒粒，毛孔又粗大，簡直慘不忍睹！有暗瘡，愈化妝只會令問題惡化，變得一發不可收拾。要改善問題的話，以下幾個壞習慣一定要戒掉！
1) 用卸妝油卸妝暗瘡肌或混合肌毛孔內容易積存污垢，使用油性產品而清潔不當的話，會令毛孔堵塞而產生閉頭暗瘡。夏天應轉用卸妝液或卸妝水等不含油份的潔面產品，令肌膚保持清爽。
2) 狂印面油兼補妝面部出油=保濕不足，狂印面油只會令肌膚變得更乾而出更多油。在沒有做好保濕工夫的話再補妝只會令粉底不夠貼服，油上加油，更會因此而堵塞毛孔。
3) 只顧控油和深層清潔同上，水份不夠只會令肌膚水油分泌失衡，變得更油光滿面及生暗瘡。
4) 使用毛巾潔面香港天氣潮濕，浴室環境容易令毛巾滋生細菌，導致滿面暗瘡。應用不織布潔面布洗面，既可清潔又可去角質，3-4 天即可換新。
5) 咖啡成癮咖啡因會刺激腎上線素，令體溫上升和刺激油脂分泌。要改善暗瘡問題，最好戒掉一天一咖啡的習慣。
適當使用暗瘡產品可助肌膚消炎，紓緩紅腫疼痛，加上適當使用潔面產品，就可以有效改善暗瘡問題。
