A：角質層是皮膚的最外層。健康的角質層排列整齊，具有良好的保水功能，每隔約28 天會自然代謝脫落。因為年齡增長、壓力、喝酒抽煙或作息不定時的問題，影響新陳代謝，令角質排列不整齊，無法自然脫落，而導致暗黃及粗糙的皮膚問題。

Q：每週應該去角質多少次？

角質層能保護皮膚免於外界傷害，防止水份流失，建議1 週約需去角質1 至2 次，保留應有角質去保護肌膚。

假如在去角質後感到皮膚痕癢、發紅或敏感，有可能是去角質過度，可塗上具舒緩及保濕功效的面霜，情況嚴重的話就應找醫生診斷。

Q：為什麼勤用美白產品，膚質還是暗啞無光？

A：有可能是因為老化角質過厚。當老廢角質積聚，角質無法折射光線，肌膚看起來就會變得暗沉，缺乏透明感。

Q：每天早晚也塗上保濕產品，為什麼肌膚還是乾燥？

A：排列不整齊的老化角質，不但積聚在肌膚表面，令保濕成份難以滲入肌膚；亦減低了肌膚的鎖水能力，令原有水份更易流失，更易出現細紋、皺紋。
