「當你照鏡子的時候發現，膚色不均、皮膚愈來愈乾、面部輪廓愈來愈不清晰......就代表你已經老了！」百變造型魔法師小 P 告訴我們，由於面部肌肉不如手腳般可以每日都有足夠運動，要對抗衰老跡象，就要利用按摩來幫助面部肌膚提升和緊緻！

利用塑顏按摩棒，配合按摩面霜進行按摩，每組動作需重複 6 次。

Step 1：用指腹將按摩面霜由下向上塗勻。

Step 2：沿腮骨由下巴至耳垂向上滾動，推走水份，幫助改善面部浮腫。

Step 3：於顴骨下方由嘴角至耳前滾動，有效提升及緊緻輪廓。

Step 4：沿顴骨由眼頭至眼尾向後滾動，幫助促進眼周肌膚血液循環，改善黑眼圈。

穴位按壓，使用手柄圓末端，施以適當力度，按壓面上美容穴位。每個穴位重複按壓 3 次，每次 3 秒。若覺酸感則表示按對了穴位。
