洗澡的時候,絕對是最私人的時間,而熱水浸浴更加是最能舒緩肌肉及壓力的方法,建議以水溫維持攝氏37至42度為最佳。想更加relax的話,可加入bath oil或使用你喜愛味道的shower gel,效果更佳。
浸浴後,最好飲1至2杯暖水,補充浸浴時所流失的水分。
