適度潔面
雖然天氣炎熱，汗水或油脂分泌較旺盛，不過每天的潔面次數不應超過2 至3 次，水溫不宜太熱或太冷，避免洗走水脂薄膜，令肌膚變得乾燥，油脂分泌反而增多。

收斂毛孔
油脂分泌過盛加上清潔不足，多餘油脂會積聚，並堵塞毛孔，久而久之，毛孔會被撐大。大家應於潔面後塗上爽膚水及使用具抗氧化功效的產品以收斂毛孔。

做好保濕

乾性肌膚應選具有保濕功效的底妝產品，或先用具保濕成份的打底霜滋潤肌膚，之後才塗上粉底。

T zone及下巴偏油的混合性肌膚，則可於有關部位塗上控油粉餅，而面上則塗上保濕粉底。

油性肌膚就應使用具控油功效的底霜，再配以吸油、吸汗的粉餅。

中性肌膚只需使用保濕粉底及碎粉，間中吸走汗水及補妝，已可簡單keep 到持久妝容。
