還有半個月就到 Kelly Let's Celebrate 20 周年演唱會，歌迷表示非常期待呢！she.com 就藉此機會和 Kelly 取經，如何在最忙碌又緊湊的時期仍可保持最 fit 狀況！
問到 Kelly 要 keep fit 有哪些食物要戒口，她頗不好意思地說其實什麼都喜歡吃，特別是煎炸等熱氣嘢就喜歡吃，不過為了 keep fit 和保持肌膚在最佳狀態，唯有忍忍口啦。Kelly 平日自己在家都會上 Youtube 參考一些簡單的帶氧運動，目標不用訂得太高，大概每次 5 分鐘左右，主要令自己有做運動的成功感才能夠持續下去。而選擇的帶氧運動以「有出汗」為準，如果有流汗就代表啟動了身體的燃脂功能，全日都可以自行燒脂。
「眼眸」是 Kelly 最注重的部分，特別是有時要拍照時會很在意眼紋問題，因此對眼周肌膚的保養會做得特別認真。編輯表示在現場近距離看也驚覺「Kelly 真的沒有眼紋呢！」
至於皮膚方面，雖然平時肌膚問題不大，但一到秋季天氣乾燥就會出現敏感的徵狀。Kelly 比較喜歡使用質地較清爽的精華，功能上就會選擇提升肌膚免疫力的產品，以便減少發生敏感的機會。
