對抗暗瘡3步曲

提到暗瘡、粉刺，最怕的不是紅腫及痛楚，而是影響儀容，以及之後留下的暗瘡印。所以平日要做好預防措施，同時了解處理暗瘡及去印的正確方法，方為上策。

暗瘡的成因暗瘡的主要成因是皮膚油脂分泌多，並積聚於毛孔，令細菌容易繁殖及滋生而導致。另外，飲食及生活習慣亦有影響，熬夜、吃刺激性食物、經期前後、壓力及情緒都會令暗瘡問題惡化。

Special for 油性肌 + 暗瘡肌油性肌或暗瘡肌的你，建議選用溫和及非皂性的潔面用品。另外，亦應使用不含油份及不產生粉刺的護膚品，當中以蘊含保濕成份的gel 狀產品為佳，既可保濕又不會堵塞毛孔，有效控制油脂分泌。

預防
第一步先要做好潔膚程序，清除毛孔多餘油脂及污垢，建議每星期進行2 至3 次深層清潔或磨砂，去角質同時清理底層污垢。

平日亦應保持面部清爽，但潔面次數不宜過多，早晚各1 次即可，同時亦應要做好保濕，平衡肌膚水油度，可減低油脂分泌而導致阻塞毛孔的問題。

色素沉積是暗瘡印的成因，對付初形成的暗瘡印，可使用具有去印或美白產品。另外，亦要做好防曬工夫，以防色素加深。

對於凹陷或出現較久的印痕，除了使用去印產品外，亦可進行彩光或果酸療程。
