text_athena poontips 1. 簡單護理程序容易皮膚敏感的你，應選擇性質溫和而刺激性低的護膚品。而護膚程序亦應以簡易為主，做好日常的卸妝、潔面、保濕及防曬已足夠，減少刺激肌膚，減低過敏情況。
tips 2. 輕拍鎮靜舒緩可使用具抗敏成分的產品去鎮靜及舒緩敏感情況，並逐步減褪肌膚表面的紅印及浮腫現象，記得不要太過用力塗抹，用輕拍或輕推方式，亦可重點塗抹在敏感位置。 如情況在一兩天內持續，建議應看醫生。
tips 3. 暫停美白護理皮膚在敏感狀態下，都不感使用美白產品。如想美白肌膚，不妨選用溫和及安全的美白成分。例如洋甘菊，刺激性較低，抗菌、抗炎及紓緩。亦建議不要選用刺激性較高的成份，例如維他命A酸、果酸、維他命C等。
tips 4. 做好保濕鎖水保濕護理可令肌膚擁有充足水份及維持皮脂膜健康，可使用蘊含透明質酸、膠原蛋白、甘油等成分的產品；而膽固醇、角鯊稀等成分則有助保持皮脂膜健康。
tips 5. 慎選護膚產品天氣轉變、睡眠不足、食物刺激等生活環境因素，都有機會令肌膚出現敏感情況，平日最好選用無香料、無皂性及低致敏性配方的護膚品。而燕麥及蘆薈等成份，都可以降紅及保濕，具有急救功效，適合乾燥缺水、紅腫發炎、嚴重敏感、曬傷的肌膚使用。
