化妝底霜，即是primer，也即是make up base，從來都是被人忽略的角色，要防曬效果偕直接塗防曬霜，要修飾面上細微瑕疵會直接用粉底，其實化妝底霜除了提供一定程度的防曬及遮瑕度之外，更有3 個十分重要的功效，今日我會告訴大家為什麼要用妝前底霜。
令妝容更持久柔滑不少妝前底霜都加入silicone 成份，有柔滑肌膚表面及修飾細紋、毛孔等細微瑕疵的功效，同時可以有助粉底更貼服。有人說silicone 會導致暗瘡或其他肌膚問題，建議有敏感性肌膚及暗瘡型肌膚的朋友可先取試用裝，試過沒有肌膚問題後才購買。
另外，眼瞼易出油的朋友，也可在眼瞼塗上底霜，減少油脂分泌，並提升眼妝持久度。
