
我是一個甜品怪,可以不吃飯、不吃正餐,但一定要吃甜品,夢想是開一間pancake 店售賣世界各地不同的pancake,很可怕吧!作為甜品怪的我,其實心理不平衡,一邊吃,一邊覺得罪疚。其實有些甜品表面上很甜,實質熱量有限。學懂選擇,便不會邊吃邊發胖了。
