皮膚醫生必做的10 件事

最近認識了一位皮膚醫生,雖他已近45 歲了,但看起來像30 多,皮膚的質素尤其出眾。作為皮膚醫生,他說有10 件事是必做的,這不是因為貪靚,而是因深知道亮麗肌膚的構做。(由於他不想亦不能賣廣告,在這裡就不公開他的身份吧!)
