環境污染日益嚴重，空氣、水質、食材甚至是我們每日塗上臉的護膚和化妝品都無一倖免。由 60 年代以來已有不少健康人士率先改吃有機食品。你知道真正「有機」品牌如何定義嗎？今次為大家解畫，也分別介紹幾個有機護膚、化妝、沐浴、香薰品牌。

何謂「有機」?

「有機」指種植、生產及包裝的過程中均不使用化學肥料、農藥、防腐劑等化學物質，及不含基因改造的成份，同時以可持續性方式耕種和人道方式培植。

加上有機標籤，如『認證機構』及/或某個認證機構或有關當局的有機標誌的產品，應以有機的方式生產，並經相關的認證機構認證。每款認證產品必須至少含有 95% 天然成分，而植物成分中最少 95% 必須來自有機耕種，且有機成分佔總成分最少 10%。
