美白由面膜敷起

怠慢了一整個冬天，美白工程是時候重新起步；講到入門程序，最直接又最方便，絕對是敷個美白面膜，還要是Paper Mask，一貼一撕即可讓肌膚吃飽美白精華。個人經驗來說，隔天一塊就最到位！

敷Mask有禁忌？

輕輕鬆鬆不等於求求其其，想皮膚好就要緊住以下小撇步。

1過程要躺平。Paper Mask質料帶有張力，如站立的話就會被地心吸力牽引，有機會損害肌膚彈性。

2敷前先塗爽膚水。潔臉後先塗抹爽膚水再敷Mask，既能軟化皮膚，還有助導入面膜成份至肌膚。

3敷後按摩。撕去面膜後總會些有精華逗留在臉上，此時可配合按摩，幫助吸收。或利用沾有爽膚水的化妝棉抹走多餘份量，千萬不要洗臉。
