自家製美肌茶

我是茶癡,甚麼茶也飲。朋友要送我禮物的話,我也建議送茶。最近最愛飲的是Thann 的Earl Grey Jasmine Tea,晚上在家工作時,呷著這口茶會令情緒平伏,工作更順利。在office 時我會飲黑烏龍,主要是消除日常吸收的油份,有纖體功效。除此之外,還有不少有美肌功效的茶,建議間中飲用。
