踏入春天，防曬產品又再登場，提提大家要加強防曬，保護肌膚！以前的防曬品，最高標準是PA+++，但今季的新品當中，不少都是PA++++。原來，於2013 年1 月起，日本厚生省及化妝品工業聯會制定新標準「PA++++」，所以不少防曬新品均以此最高防曬標準為賣點。
究竟多了1 個「+」有什麼分別呢？今次由任俊彥醫生為大家解說，同時分享專業防曬tips。

<td valign="top"><p></p><div><b>SPF 與PA 的分別？</b></div><div><br></div><div>任醫生：「SPF 是由美國醫生定之防曬指標，用於衡量會曬傷肌膚的UVB，而PA 則是愛美的日本人的防曬指標，用於衡量會令肌膚老化的UVA。陽光會令防曬產品中的化學成分流失，故要補塗。PA++++ 的出現相信是現今科技更進一步，可提高防曬產品的持久度。」</div><div><br></div><div>SPF 後面的數字及PA 後面的加號，都是用來計算防曬產品能提供多久的防曬保護，計算方法如下：</div><div><b>SPF10 至15 / PA+：</b>2 至3 小時</div><div><b>SPF20 至30 / PA++：</b>4 至6 小時</div><div><b>SPF40-70 至15 / PA+++：</b>6 至8 小時</div><p></p></td>

<div>任醫生：「常去夜店或長時間待在室內工作的女士，也有曬黑的困擾。很多人以為在室內、晚上沒有紫外線便忽略防曬，其實很多人造光源也有紫外線，像是夜店的探照燈、螢光燈；藝廊、畫廊使用的黃色鹵素燈、白熾燈；家裡的滅蚊燈、百貨公司專櫃的投射燈等，都可能有紫外線，長期下來也會曬黑，甚至曬出斑來。」</div><p></p></td>
