
之前有介紹過韓國尹恩惠的泡菜減肥法及全智賢出道前的減肥tips,這兩篇稿件都深得大家的喜好。這次我搜羅更多韓國的減肥餐單,不過,個人認為當中部份真的太「地獄」了,實在難以實行。
