4 個簡單瘦腰動作 + 瘦身產品推介

「冬天」不是讓自己變肥的藉口,覺得天氣冷而不想出街做運動?留在家一樣可以練出纖腰!以下4 個配合啞鈴的簡單易做動作,隔晚抽半小時做一做,並以瘦身產品按摩,保證一個月後可以搵返條腰!

每個動作做3 至4 set,每set 之間休息30 秒,一星期做2 至3 次。
