潔面是護膚的第1步，也是很多人會馬虎及忽略的程序，如果潔面方法不正確底不徹底，只會令往後使用的護膚品效用降低，今日送上潔面需知，以及卸妝及潔面新品，與大家做好護膚基本步。

1：潔淨雙手
洗淨雙手，以減少面部肌膚接觸細菌的機會，並使用化妝棉及卸妝油卸妝。
2：注意水溫
微溫的水有助令毛孔擴張，可更徹底地去除面上污垢。不應使用過熱或過冷的水潔面。
3：不直接塗上
應先在掌心中將潔面產品乳化，才塗於面上，以免產品的濃度太高而引致敏感。
4：刺激血液循環
可以手指打圈按摩面部及頸部，可刺激血液循環及有助氧氣輸送至面部。
5：潑水潔面
應以潑水方式潔面，而不應以雙手磨擦面部去清潔，減低敏感機會。
6：不應用毛巾擦面
抹面時，應用毛巾輕拍面部抹乾，於每次抹面後，都需要洗淨毛巾以減少細菌滋生。
