野莓麥米片乳酪雪條酸酸甜甜的野莓乳酪雪條可以說是媲美雪糕的消暑甜品。選擇希臘乳酪因其口感較濃稠,不會太酸,加入蜂蜜味道剛好;覆盆子 (Raspberry) 及藍莓都是「夏莓」,均具極卓越的抗氧化功效,前者更具豐富維他命 C,後者具明目功效;麥米片則選擇纖維量較高的 Special K,低卡路量之餘又可有飽肚感。

材料:(份量因人數而異)新鮮草莓或覆盆子或藍莓蜂蜜希臘乳酪/無糖低脂純乳酪牛奶麥米片雪條模型先將覆盆子切碎與蜂蜜混合,如果需要放過夜的話建議以白糖取代蜂蜜,以慢火煮至濃稠,待冷卻再加入乳酪和牛奶中,便可冷藏一個星期左右。將乳酪加入牛奶混合,依序將乳酪、麥米片和覆盆子放入雪條模型中,放入雪條木條後再倒入少許乳酪,就可封蓋放入冰箱冷藏。待數小時後凝固取出即可享用。
