<p>施洛絲和謝西於高中時相識、相戀，是天造地設的一對，由拍拖到結婚，身邊人一直覺得他倆打風都打唔甩。<br><br>現在踏入30 歲，施洛絲是媒體公司老闆，而謝西又再成為無業遊民。施洛絲面對漫無目標的謝西，覺得長痛不如短痛，趁現在大家感情還好時離婚「好來好去」，總好過問題浮面後分手收場。<br><br>謝西深愛施洛絲，但只能無奈和被動地接受她的決定，不過在分居期間，「再見亦是朋友」的他們依然朝見口晚見面，分手反而更愛你，竟比分居前更加形影不離。身邊朋友覺得他們這樣的關係很不尋常，認為他們應早點各行各路，各自尋找真歡，建立一段新的關係。<br><br>不久，謝西開始與別人約會，施洛絲方才覺得心有戚戚然，更慢慢發現一直以來是她的傲慢令這段關係不能開花結果。當日看似成熟、灑脫的決定，現在回想只是一時衝動及傲慢自私。但施洛絲和謝西就是這樣「唔啱timing」，當施洛絲想回心轉意之時，謝西卻已遇上了他認為可以成家立室的適合對象。<br><br>二人在離離合合、吵吵鬧鬧、依依戀戀之間，最終體會到真正的愛，就是要學會放手……<br></p>
