香港餐廳週 平食fine dining!

想食餐fine dining,又何須等到大時大節?由DININGCITY 舉辦的「香港餐廳週」活動由即日正式開始預訂。作為一名為食份子,一年兩度的餐廳週活動我定會積極支持,一來這是瞭解最新及熱門餐廳的好機會,參與活動的大部份西餐廳小有名氣,食物水準出色;二來,活動期間,每間餐廳都會參照主辦方制定的統一價格,為「香港餐廳週」特別設計3道/4道菜套餐,當中亦不乏招牌及特色菜,實在賺到。

今年有份參與的餐廳來頭不小,比如榮獲米芝蓮推介餐廰的AMMO、FOFO BY EL WILLY、GIN SAI、THE BOSTONIAN 及YOUKA,人氣餐廳BREAD STREET KITCHEN和 CATALUNYA 也首次加入,這些都排在我的wish list 當中呢,沒有理由不試!

特色套餐價定價為,最少包括三道菜的特色午市/晚市套餐類別 A:午餐HK$198/ 晚餐HK$398類別 B:午餐HK$118/ 晚餐HK$298訂位:7 月27 日http://www.restaurantweek.hk/lang/en/cities/hongkong/restaurants日期:7 月31 日至8 月9 日TIPS:1. 在選擇餐廳時,可對照該餐廳普通menu及餐廳周限定menu,對比價格相差幅度。

2. 雖然餐廳週活動的主旨是以較低的價格,令更多人嚐到fine dining美食,不過當中亦不乏「濫竽充數」的商家。未免中伏,可以在預先參考下眾多食家對於餐廳食物的評價,再做選擇。
